Raised under the Dayawati Shiksha Prasar Charitable Trust Society, the School came into being in April 2004. Spread over an area of 2 acres of prime land in the centre of Meerut, the heart of the city, an aesthetically developed campus was brought up to create a child-friendly environment.

Divided into three separate blocks – The Primary School Block (Nur – V),  The Middle School Block (VI-VIII) and the Senior School Block (IX – XII)  along with a well-designated ‘Lab Block’ and a multi-utility playground, the Core Staff devotes itself wholly to help children hone their skills in academics, co-curricular and sports and games.
