Academic Session

  • The Academic Session runs from April to March.
  • Registrations for the Session 2025–26 will open from 4th November 2024 through the online link available on the official school website.

Admission Procedure

  • Admission will be granted on the basis of the child’s performance purely on merit.
  • A written test will be conducted on a specified date, followed by an interaction/interview of the child with parents.
  • Note: There will be no written test for admission to Nursery.
  • The Admission Form must be duly filled in with complete details and signed by the parent/guardian.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  1. Aadhar Card / Aadhar Number.
  2. Birth Certificate (from an authorized Municipal Body for K.G admission).
  3. Transfer Certificate (from the school last attended).
  4. Report Card (of the school last attended).
  5. Three passport-size photographs of the child.
  6. One stamp-size photograph for the Identity Card.
  7. Family photograph of parents with the child.
  8. Photograph of the designated guardian.

⚠️ Important:

  • A Transfer Certificate from an unaffiliated school must be countersigned by the local BSA’s office at G.I.C.
  • Failure to submit complete documentation to the School Accounts Office by the given date will result in cancellation of admission without refund.

Withdrawals

  • Applications for Transfer Certificates (TC) must reach the Principal’s Office before 31st March.
  • Six months’ fee is liable to be charged for mid-session withdrawal.
  • TC will only be issued after submission of the application and clearance of all dues.

Grounds for Dismissal

A student may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:

  • Indiscipline & issue of a third yellow card.
  • Immoral influence, unsatisfactory performance, or threat to the school’s security.
  • Non-payment of dues.
  • Repeated detention in the same class.
  • Shortage of attendance (below 75%).
  • Bunking of school.
  • Vandalism or damage to school property.
  • Misconduct of guardians (physical/verbal violence) or forced entry as a mob into the school premises without proper identification.
